Takis Loukatos is an actor, dancer, and artist with participation in theatrical and dance performances of important groups. He is the first to deal with the doll in visual form, a group of which represented famous female figures (Melina Mercouri, Aliki Vougiouklaki, Mary Aroni, Marika Kotopouli, Elizabeth Taylor, Marlen Didrich, Greta Garbo, others later) La evolved the doll into a more artistic form that bears its personal stamp, with 35 exhibitions in important galleries in Greece and abroad.

For several years he was a member of the staff of the National Theater.

In 1997, at the urging of Alexis Solomos and Vera Zavitsianou, he created the dance theater group METAMORFOSIS with the aim of marrying the three art forms (Theater, Dance, Visual Arts) through the aesthetics of his sculptural forms, which made its first appearance in Municipal Theater of Piraeus in the same year, with an exhibition and dance theater performance based on the solo works of Jean Cocteau

Since then he has directed, choreographed and edited several performances visually and scenographically. Since 2006, he has been teaching Dance and Theater in art schools. For this activity he has received the 1st Prize for directing and choreography from the Thessaloniki Concert Hall and Excellence from the Ministry of Education for the performance "The faces of children are the homelands"

"Reflection of a Pose" by ASTARTI publications is his first work published since it refers to the Theater that has served several years
